CONTINENTAL MANPOWER DEMAND NEGOTIATION PROCESS

 

Whenever Overseas Employment companies or Recruiting Agencies decide to take candidates from Nepal, CONTINENTAL MANPOWER (NEPAL) Pvt. Ltd. requests the client to send a Demand Letter for mutual agreement. If there is any discrepancy in salary or service conditions, it can be sort out. Once both the parties have reached an understanding, a recruitment and Service Agreement will be signed stating detailed terms and conditions.

After agreement following documents are required to meet the laid down formalities of the Labour Ministry of Nepal. in order to take approval for manpower recruitment through advertisement in the newspaper.

    6. Visa Advice / Consular Letter / Calling Visa (Only for Saudi Arabia & Malaysia)
    7. Demand letter, Power of Attorney and Service Agreement documents must be attested from Chamber of Commerce and Nepal Embassy.
